We want to ensure your luxurious botanical hair care products arrive quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policies below. 

Processing and Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. This processing period allows us  to carefully prepare your order, ensuring each product is in perfect condition before shipping out.

All of our orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking information. It is important to note that all orders are shipped from Maui, HI and sometimes incur additional time to be delivered. However, you can typically expect your package to arrive within 5-7 days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary depending on factors like weather and carrier delays. Halo Hair Oil is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Local Maui Deliveries
If you are a Maui resident and are interested in placing an order, you can still do so on our website, when you plug in your address you will be given an option to select local delivery. We can deliver to Kihei/Wailea, Kahului, Paia, Makawao & some parts of Haiku. I am always happy to coordinate a delivery with you, please allow a few days for us to find a time that aligns with our schedules.
